Request a Trial SessionNatassja is an enthusiastic and inspiring personal trainer and kickboxing coach. With her background in gymnastics and dance, she is full of energy and good poise. Throughout her whole life training has been of great importance and a large focus to feel well. Growing up in Sweden, she tried many different sports but found a love for dance while in high school. Dance was mostly street but also ballet and modern. As an adult she found the love for Martials Arts as one of the better and more fun forms for fitness training. She finds Martial Arts to be broad and extensive education and never ending learning for both body and mind. To be a woman, it feels important to be able to feel strong and more confident, and learn some self defense while having fun.
